As a Principle of Lark Associates, Kelvin Dear has had 24 years of experience in the insurance industry. Starting in 1982 Kelvin worked in underwriting, claims, and human resources at a national insurance company where he held several leader ship positions and managed a staff of agents in the Connecticut territory. In 1999, he established an independent agency that provides Life, Accident, health, property Casualty and Commercial lines of business, specializing in sales and service of insurance needs and risk management.
